Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not ready when we arrived, and we had to leave our bag at reception; however, I was surprised that I needed to provide my credit card for a 50 euros guarantee despite having a Best Western loyalty card and booking through their website. The room was poorly soundproofed, leading to disturbances from other guests during breakfast.
The hotel is situated in a lovely, quiet suburb with easy access to bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. The rooms are wonderful, very spacious, and feature a huge, super comfortable bed. The service was very helpful and accommodating, although a bit grumpy at times. The location is great, with easy access to transportation and close to the city center. The dining experience was very good with a continental breakfast offered. Overall, a clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and a convenient location.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms, though small, were clean and comfortable with a lovely view from my own balcony. The service at the reception desk was exceptional, especially from Sjoerd Cozijnsen who went above and beyond to help us with our lost luggage. The location was perfect, allowing us to escape the city crowds yet still be close to all the main attractions. The dining experience was fantastic, feeling like a lavish breakfast made by good friends every morning.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were way smaller than I expected, but they were surprisingly comfortable, and I loved having a balcony facing the courtyard. The service was great, especially Sherief who was friendly and offered helpful travel tips. The location was convenient, close to a variety of restaurants and bars in the De Pijp area. However, the distance from the city center was a bit of a drawback.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable during the day, but I felt they were too small for the price I paid. The service was good; the personnel were polite, although a bit cold at times. The location was a standout feature, being in a nice residential area near local restaurants and shops. The dining experience was enjoyable, with delicious food served every morning. Overall, a decent stay with some aspects that could be improved.
The hotel room was small but decently sized with a nice sitting area, yet not entirely comfortable for the price. The service was consistently friendly and helpful, with perks like luggage storage and a clean room. The location was ideal for exploring the city, close to attractions and dining options. The dining experience had some issues with value for money and breakfast options being limited.
